Dear Mr Architect...

An entertaining post by Peter Koller pondering If building architects had to work like IT architects. Worth a read while enjoying that oh-so-important morning cup of coffee.

If I may, I'd like to add another paragraph to Peter's letter:

"The house will be comprised of three stories. Because the most important rooms for us (kitchen, bedrooms etc.) will be located on the third story we would like you to design and build that one first. You can work on the remaining two stories and foundation further on down the track, they are of lower importance to us."
